mold smell especially in elevator, key card did not work, other one hard to use, "hot" breakfast disappointing

The bed was very cushy.

I would have liked a mat for inside the tub it was a bit slippery.

Price very high for little Canton in an off season. I have paid less in NYC FOR A LOVELY ROOM.

The breakfast was satisfactory and with tons of options, the staff was excellent. Last time I stopped, had spotless room with a pullout couch for my 17 year old to sleep on. Location: the hotel was near Potsdam and Canton, and nearest store.

TV was not working in the entire place. The staff was stoic and blamed it on an "upgrade" that the cable company was doing. Since upgrades are usually planned events, i would have appreciated if they had told us to expect this when we made reservations so we could plan accordingly and bring something to read. instead i resorted to squinting at my smart phone for entertainment. conclusion: customer relations could have been better

The desk clerks were friendly and responsive .

Overall the property was very rundown. From the potholes in the parking lot to the worn frames above the bed from people heads, patched carpet and the heater cover not attached and testing on the floor.

The breakfast was fine.

There were several flies in the room. There were no brochures in the room or the hotel regarding the area restaurants and things to see. Overall -- less than a comfortable experience.

Paid for a suite and the pull out bed did not work and the breakfast was cold

The pool was refreshing after a long drive, and I loved waking up to a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. There’s also a great lounge area where you can unwind after a busy day. However, the fridge in my room didn't work well, but it didn’t ruin my overall stay. 😊

Front door not automatic; had to Open w/ arms full. Front office girl didn't offer location of cart as we came in w/ multiple pieces of luggage.

The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy corner that had an armchair perfect. Breakfast was a highlight with many tasty options, and the coffee was great!

Bed size and style of room amenities

Lighting in bathroom and over sink not enough to apply makeup or see in the shower. Room 317 noise from elevator was excessive

I enjoy the home away from home feeling when I stay at Comfort Suites.
